The difference is that Obama talks about American jobs, but he and his Party support measures to tax and regulate the snot oout of anyone who wants to have a business in the US. If Obummer really believed his own rhetoric, he would work to make the US a business haven and he would not treat business as an enemy.

Close, he wants to tax and regulate business enough that there will be no middle class jobs.
Companies will not afford the middle class wage and will be stuck offering low wages
to have the manpower to stay in business. Cheaper to go overseas.
