Liberal Sheen Narrates 'China' Doc Detailing Country's Threat to America
Breitbart ^ | 9/9/12 | Carl Kozlowski

They say politics make strange bedfellows, and perhaps no movie proves that more right now than a documentary called “Death by China.”

Written and directed by Peter Navarro, a University of California-Irvine professor who based the film on his book of the same name, “Death” paints an unflinchingly dire picture of the many risks America faces at the hands of China.

One might expect a doc like that to be narrated by a conservative – but surprisingly that’s not the case here. Instead, outspoken progressive Martin Sheen is the voice of warning, and the fact that one of America’s most notorious liberals is lending his talents to a cause like this underscores just how badly things are heading for us.

I’m sure the labor unions convinced Sheen to jump all over it.

Bingo.

The liberal is right.

China could have come on board as an equal. However every law and regulation in China is biased and pro-Chinese.

It is my hope that Romney is sufficiently independent to push America independent of China.

China will simply take over everything, unless we stop.

It is time to stop.

It is time to bring (back) American jobs.

Now.

This should be NO surprise for anybody who had Navaro and was awake to what he was really saying/selling in class. I know someone who was basically told not to challenge Navaro's guest speaker, Irvine mayor (at the time) Larry Agran, when Agran started down his veiled Marxist rhetoric. From what I understand, it was pretty much like that every lecture.

The underlying issue is that the liberals are indeed correct once and a while. Turning a blind eye to every issue that is brought forward is unwise to say the least. That is part of the problem with the Republican party. Corporations are guilty of gutting Americas industrial resources for the sake of profit for a few at the head of the company. Until the Republicans wake up and realize this, the democrats will beat them to a large part of the voting block every time. Most people don’t want the moon. They just want to earn a decent living for their families.

The truth lies somewhere between the liberal and the conservative talking points. While the Left was dumbing us down as a people through welfare policies and bad education, the Right has been selling our productivity overseas as they outsource our manufacturing for profit. This worked for a while, but we’ve now reached a point where it is unsustainable. There aren’t enough jobs left in America to keep everyone working and every time a worker loses a job to outsourcing, the government is more than willing to step in and add his family to the growing dole.

Now the government can’t afford to pay the entitlements without borrowing, and the so-called “job creators” are hoarding their record profits, knowing that worse times are coming mostly due to their own actions. The people are being squeezed to death in the middle of these two forces as the political parties pretend to compete when the reality is that they are partners in the destruction of freedom in this nation and when American freedom is gone, the world will follow.

At this rate, the only thing we’ll have left to offer is food and energy.

Hungry and cold....hungry and cold.....

I read Navarro's "The Coming China Wars"

I learned about piracy and counterfeiting and one aspect of it, the "ghost-shift".

"A factory in China is hired by a multinational to make 1,000 units of a product per day. However, rather than just run two regular eight-hour shifts to produce the contracted-for amounts, the factory also runs a third 'ghost shift' then ships the extra 500 items out the back door."

Red China is a bubble.

Deng Xiaoping took Lenin's New Economic Policy (NEP) and did exactly what Lenin did.. he lured capitalist useful idiots to invest their money, technology, and know how.

NEP saved the 1917 Revolution because Marxism cannot create wealth and never was intended to -- Marxism seizes wealth from others.

The useful idiots and the domestic Nepmen quickly created a growing economy in the U.S.S.R. Party ideologues panicked, the Nepmen were eliminated, the foreigners' property seized, and it was on to Stalinist Soviet Union.

But the Chi-Coms did it right.. the Party members are the Nepmen and they became the millionaires and billionaires.

Their big mistake though.. they ignored the 800 million or so citizens left out of the exporting gold mine.

The Chi-Coms should have paid more attention to a domestic market like a normal country would.

Now it's revolution time again.

So China will likely miss its ascent to the world's number one super power scheduled for next Tuesday afternoon about tea time.

The Chinese and our immigrents from there are almost as racist as the Arabs and our home-grown Afro-Americans.
