For the sake of comparison, how many Arabs like in Judea and Samaria? Well over a million - but except for a very few areas, the Israelis and Arabs live in separate areas. Note, however, that contrary to lots of propaganda, the Arab birthrate in this area is lower than the Jewish one - mainly because the Jews who settle in Judea and Samaria tend to be far more observant, and to thus have many children.
