True enough. The problem though is that the judiciary as a whole needs its wings clipped. Appointments this way or that way do not address the systemic problem of an over powerful, detached and dictatorial judiciary.
Precisely. There is no reason to believe Romney will make better appointments than Obama. Both are proven Progressives who have no respect for the Constitution.
A Romney winn will improve nothing. Only a citizen revolt against statism in all its manifestations will change things. That is more likely to happen under Obama than Romney.
