They should enforce the rules to the nanosecond and quadruple the fine structure for the neighborhood. A fine unpaid for 10 days results in a boot; after 30 days your vehicle is crushed and sold for scrap. Any space where a violation occurs is permanently retired and rezoned as ‘no parking’. Within 90 days, Mo and Abdul will be begging for the return of the meter maids.
