We didn't have a mealy-mouthed impostor of a American in the White House then.
Most importantly — we had a more homogeneous population a.k.a. the Greatest Generation.
That is over and will never be repeated.
Whoever becomes POTUS from now on will have to talk in a language so as to please every ethnic group or be accused of discrimination.
