The Obama administration is famous for its crony capitalism. Its famous for wasting money on disastrous investments like Solyndra to pay off its political allies. It now appears, however, that they go a step further: they put public funds in bad investment loans, then double down on their bad loans with free cash grants.

This came up on my anti-big-wind mailing list.
Angus King is allegedly an "independent", but here in Maine he is known as an opportunist. His number one goal is the health and welfare of Angus King.
He will happily sell the rape of Maine's countryside for dollars, and O'bama will happily give my money (and yours) to him in the name of being green.
He's a scuzbucket. But he stands a chance of gaining a Senate seat.

In 1997, Governor King signed into law a bill that would require utilities to generate at least 30 percent of their energy from green sources like wind. Note: hydro sources, of which we have gigawatt potential here in Maine, are not counted as "green".

But the majority of Mainers choose not to read a newspaper or a book without funny pictures.

The next big environmental deal will be water conservation. The EPA will require all users, even in water abundant locales to use is as if they were in the Sahara Desert.
Its going to be a lot harder to generate power by using water. It sounds silly but you got to know the government will find a way to declare water pushing as turbine as wasteful.

Why would he need to buy a Senate seat in Maine, he already has two?

Charlie Summers may not be the best candidate the Maine Republican party could have put forward; But anybody other than King.
King and Baldachi have connived their way into millions of dallars for themselves and their friends while hiding behind the ‘green’ religion.
Mainer’s, check my tagline;
