The White House is disavowing a statement from its own Cairo embassy that apologized for anti-Muslim activity in the United States.
"The statement by Embassy Cairo was not cleared by Washington and does not reflect the views of the United States government," a senior administration official told POLITICO.
The U.S. embassy in Cairo put out a statement early Tuesday that apologized for an anti-Muslim film being circulated by an Israeli-American real estate developer.
"The Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims – as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions," the embassy said in a statement published online.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the film depicts the Muslim prophet Muhammed as a "womanizer, pedophile and fraud" — a depiction bound to offend many Muslims.

The Embassy was only saying what they have been told to say, again and again and again.
Really. What did people expect them to do? You are in a hostile environment surrounded by “people” screaming for your blood and you KNOW your boss isn’t going to lift a finger to help. Might as well kiss some ass. Good practice for when you kiss yours goodbye.
This is the classic Clintonian strategy — when confronted over a servile course of action, simply say “oops, we were simply incompetent”.

That was Iraq.. The Department of State asked "that military personnel temporarily fill more than one-third of 350 new jobs in Iraq that the State Department is supposed to be responsible for." Not enough GS-99 and higher-ranking SES employees had the courage to go to Iraq. They like inside the Beltway.. or perhaps France or someplace like that.
So now I guess these embassy people rush to submit to Islamism, cower, condemn and curse the United States to win the favor of the Muslim Brotherhood -- all the while collecting GS-99, higher-rankging SES, and diplomat's salaries and benefits. Get 'em out of there.
BTW.. an Air Force officer wrote an essay in 1992 called The Origins of the American Military Coup of 2012in which "he asserts that the blurring of the military role of the armed forces into civilian missions might be dangerous to democracy and civilian government."
The government in Washington had become so currupt and incompetent that the military had to perform the tasks of the civilians. No time for military training, disastrous results when ordered into battle, finally got fed up with the government.
The essay was well received by many in the chain of command. Notice that 1992 was the year the the first mob of aged 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brats and their ideological issue took control of the government.
Today perfectly demonstrates this Adminstration's attitude toward the Middle East: bend over for the Arabs and screw the Jews.
I just read that Romney released a statement on today’s events in Egypt and Libya, calling the administration’s response “disgraceful.” Now I see why the White House is disavowing the apology.
