And of the top 10 highest-grossing movies on Monday, it was far and away the highest grossing per screen average. One thing’s for sure, as long as it keeps making money for the theaters, they’re going to keep it around.
I do have a confession to make, however. I saw the movie and keep nodding off. I don’t know if it was that I’d already read so much about various scenes in it before attending, or that I knew most of the Ayres/Rev. Wright/etc., stuff, or what, but I might as well have not spent the money for what I got out of it.
Every time Obama’s sonorous voice began, I would begin to drift off. Maybe that’s a good thing? I’m curious if anyone else has had this experience. Maybe I was just too tired to go to a movie that night?
On the other hand, the person with me who was less informed, both about the movie itself, and about Obama generally, claimed to like it.

Yes, but it’s only been in wide release since Aug 24th, or 18 days. The real test is how fast it winds down from here on.
However, toward the end was the reason for watching it.
D’Souza was being interviewed harshly and the question was along the line of how could he know he was right?
D’Souza replied that his was the only model that fit Obama’s past actions. One prediction was Obama’s support for a caliphate from Morocco to Iran, with no Israel.
Yesterday's events and Obama’s snub of Netanyahu a couple days ago are consistent with his model, a muslim confederation of terror and oil wealth to counter, if not destroy the US.
