The target was so big, so inviting, so vulnerable, it was IMPOSSIBLE to not hit a very vital point most anywhere, whether taking careful aim or just shooting from the hip.
The aim did not have to be in the least bit accurate.
And SOMEBODY has to be acting the part of President.

Thought his aim was great. As for Obama; he cannot be what he otherwise is. Obama; does not favor 'aiming'. A bow, is what works for him. Be it 'word'; deed'; ; Obama favors 'bending over'; big time.
(Nothing more; save he does lie when his lips move; and he can talk out of both sides of his mouth as the same time. Practiced man; he is.)
