Sounds like either major constipation OR everything ingested is absorbed? LOL; at least it’s not “the trots”. I hear good/bad about MREs from my US Mil Ret’d friends and (former) customers; are there different “levels”? I need to do some research on them.

MREs on average are 4000 calories each...and need to be re-hydrated along with drinking a LOT of water, or you will be....how should we say it.....”Trying to move a mountain”....... ;-)

About the taste of MREs.....let me just say 2 things... I ALWAYS carry tobasco sauce in the field.l....and with that fact...the second rule from an old Marine Gunny comes into play...he said “Hell, you can eat a turd, if ya put enough tobasco sauce on it!”....trust me...MREs arent that bad, considering his alternative LOL! ;-)
