I was billeted next to Saddam's women's prison. Walked past it every day for 8 months. These was an evil eeriness about it.
By the time I got there Obie's DoD had made it off limits so I didn't get to go in. Wouldn't want to offend Muslim sensibilities by advertising Saddam's depravity.
