The committee and it’s report has the power to do exactly nothing—at least that’s what I’m reading into it.You should walk that statement back because the House Judiciary Committee is where Presidential Impeachment articles are drafted and where Impeachment actually begins. (Rumor has it such articles have already been drafted.)
