Egypt is ever so sorry about their people attacking our embassy, burning our flag and replacing it with the al Qaeda banner.
But:

Rather, it is “regrettable” because “the people who produced this low film have no relation to the (U.S.) government.” So rioting against the filmmakers is fine, and if there were any nexus to the government, rioting at our embassy would be fine, too.
. . . Which brings us to the second part of Kandil’s statement: “We ask the American government to take a firm position toward this film’s producers within the framework of international charters that criminalize acts that stir strife on the basis of race, color or religion.” Translation: We’re not holding the American government responsible … yet — but if it fails to punish the filmmakers, then all that “regrettable” stuff might not be so regrettable.
They want us to criminalize speech that insults Islam.
But Obama would never do that…right:
It is no secret that Islamic law brutally punishes what it regards as blasphemy — any insult to Islam or its prophet, no matter how slight. Yet Obama has raised the expectations of Egypt’s government that he stands with them on this principle. In fact, in 2011, his State Department went so far as to host the OIC’s “High Level Meeting on Combating Religious Intolerance.”

No one will mention this but, Glen Beck, when he had the FOXNEWS program, diagrammed on a chalk board, day after day after day, the situation we now find ourselves in. He also told us who is behind it and why. The left hated Glen because he had proven to be prophetic. Those who diminished him on all sides will not go back and acknowledge his insight. I suppose the prophetic are never acknowledged in their own countries, especially when they are issuing dire warnings. The passing of time does that.
Our government should have already taken swift and sharp action against our enemies in the MidEast for the murders of our brothers. Instead, our present ruling elite has put on the kid gloves as they try to persecute Mitt Romney for pointing out what is not being done to secure our safety at this moment in history. I was a person who had come to admire some of the things Hillary has done as Sec’t of State..Now, when I see her image on TV, in the light of what Bill has done in recent days, and in light of her reaction to these murders, I want to spit. If you had rabid dogs in your yard, would you want to eliminate them or would you want them to feed them, give them shelter and try to understand why they might want to bite and maul you, making it possible for them to not only threaten your life but to threaten the lives of your friends and neighbors. Folks, this is not much different than that. The time is short..Our only chance for survival is to, as I heard someone else say, “square our shoulders, stick out our chests and stand up for our nation.” The real truth is this. If America goes down, the whole world will descend into war and squalor, unable to rise again for a long, long time.

Anyone remember on 9/1/01 when John Kerry was talking about immediately right after the towers were hit. He said they didn’t know what to do so they all just prayed for about 45 minutes.
Well, ‘they’ are in charge now. And they are just sitting there with their fingers up their butts, PRAYING that someone will know what to do.
