You just gave me an idea. Tell China that since BO is bankrupting us, we need them to colonize the Islamic world and Africa so we aren't sinking money into these ratholes which could be otherwise used to pay them back.
We will be able to pay them back by buying their new supplies of oil, cheap cotton garments and cocoa beans.
