It’s called ‘forced perspective.’ She’s very obviously standing farther back than he is, exaggerating his height. He is, however, enormous if he’s almost 4 ft. tall at the shoulder.

Certain lines of Danes can grow very large but have very short life expectancies due to the higher risk of hip dysplasia and other large-dog maladies, much akin to Warlock Dobies. I hope they studded him to keep that line going.

There’s no such thing as a “Warlock Dobermann”.

Some greedy, uncaring idiots bred grossly over-sized Dobermanns and gave them a name that makes it seem like they had something to do with Borong, which they did not.

There’s also “King Dobermanns” and a whole bunch of other BS “bloodlines” out there.

Avoid them.

They have been willfully destroying the breed for decades.
