I happened to be on campus a few months before 9/11 and had to pass through a gauntlet of them. They were angry. Shaking their fists and yelling at everyone. Very scary.

Our Muslim students tend to be more liberal and glad to be away from all that stuff. My daughter had to interview a girl from Iran and she was very glad to be over here.
The Iranian Student Assoc did insist on having a male present so no pictures would be taken. The halter top and shorts would not have gone over well back home.
