To: Gay State Conservative

On what grounds can a federal court reverse a Kansas ballot eligibility ruling? If that was the case, there would simply not BE any state rules.

(speaking strictly in the legal sense, of course not in the looking glass world of our lawless/dictatorship society)

Huh...as if those terrorists in black robes (particularly the Rat appointees) need "grounds" to do anything.
