Not sure I agree with his assessment totally. We seem to forget terrorism has been growing unchecked for decades, it did not just begin on 911. The entire world has run from defeating terrorism until Bush decided to go after Al Qaeda in 2001. The PLO started with just a few followers, then came Black September, the Red Brigade and Abu_Nidal and we (the world) did nothing. Since the end of WWII, the world has run away from standing up for what is right. Oh, we made the obligatory stands in such far away places as Korea and Vietnam at the horrific cost in lives and then, just ran away and left the mess. Even with the superficial success of Gulf War I, we still did not finish it and left Sadam in place. This has been brewing for a long time under both liberal and “conservative” (I use that term loosely) administrations with each event bigger more deadly than the last, and still we did nothing. We are now preparing to run away again. I fear the next event may be worse than the last.

I have no qualms with real liberals. I may not approve of their beliefs, but I value freedom highly.
What we are dealing with in today’s “liberals” are in fact Marxists, Socialists, and Communists of one stripe or another. They are as anti-freedom as any other dictatorial wanna-be that history has ever had.
They cannot be reasoned with. They mean to destroy us via any means necessary.
I say it’s past due time to stop playing nice.
