Pelini was seen on the sidelines having his pulse checked by doctors. He would remain in the locker room following halftime to be checked further. Shortly after that ESPN reported he had left the stadium in an ambulance.
Defensive coordinator John Papuchis has taken over head-coaching duties in his absence.

Your concerns were correct. Prayers for him.
Praying.
The ESPN scroll said “flu.”
USA today says he was complaining of flu like symptoms, I believe a LITTLE thing like the flu wouldn’t make a guy like him leave the game, heck, I believe he would PLAY if he could if he had just the flu. Seriously HOPE they are just being careful.
Flu like symptoms..however if it was just that they more than have the facilities there to treat it. A twitter pic shows him with oxygen as he left.
