It is my studied opinion that Zero DOES NOT HAVE a Middle East policy! He DOES have a PLAN, which as best I can discern it is to DO NOTHING and let the ragheads have carte blanche! It’ very similar to voting “Present” in the Senate, which is one of Zero’s specialties.
