I've been saying this for a long time. This crap tends to run in families, so killing off the next generation is just preventative action.
In addition to that, collective punishment works!
We should also be waging a covert war against terrorist money - individuals, "charities" and their "donors" that support the Taliban and Al Qaeda should be dying horrible, messy deaths. No arrests, no trials, no lawyers, just dead bodies and destroyed buildings all over the world.
