O the apologist

According to President Obama’s narrative, the murder of four Americans in Libya is a story of “senseless violence” provoked by an anti-Islam video. According to his Praetorian Guards in the media, the story is how Mitt Romney rudely criticized Obama’s foreign policy.

Here’s the real story: The murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others is the most important terrorist attack on American civilians since 9/11. And it happened on the 11th anniversary of that day of infamy, on Obama’s watch.

There were no Marines on guard, and there are reports that the Benghazi embassy had been warned of an al Qaeda assault, yet there were no precautions. It is likely the organized attackers, some carrying rocket-propelled grenades, had inside information about a “safe house,” where they killed two of the Americans.

Obama, after offering condolences and vowing to find those responsible, flew to a campaign event in Vegas. If that were all, it would be reason enough to doubt his competency and character. But it’s not all.

The crisis, including riots at our embassies in 20 countries, is the full flowering of a policy predicated on appeasement and apology. To borrow a phrase, the Obama chickens are coming home to roost.

The essence of his doomed approach is revealed in Obama’s refusal to meet with the prime minister of Israel while finding time to meet with the Muslim Brotherhood president of Egypt. The choice raises a fundamental question: Whose side are you on, Mr. President?

Whose side are you on, Mr. President?

At this point, this is just a very stupid question to ask. Everyone knows.

As I have said many times: Win or lose, after November, Obama will play the gotterdammerug option. He may win the election and play it slow, or he may lose the election and play it fast, but he wants the West to go down, and he wants the Caliphate to rise.

Great article! This in particular bears repeating: The crisis, including riots at our embassies in 20 countries, is the full flowering of a policy predicated on appeasement and apology. To borrow a phrase, the Obama chickens are coming home to roost.

No need for many words here. POTUS Obama is one of them (The Enemy of the USA!!!) He could care less about about our murdered ambassador and three other public servants. In fact, he could care less about the twelve Americans killed this weekend!!! However, he cares greatly about David Letterman!!!!

Whose side are you on, Mr. President?

That we even have to ASK an American president whose side he is on is breathtaking - the "T" word comes quickly to mind. This should be on the protest signs at all of the Obama/Biden campaign stops. It would also make nice bumper stickers, T-shirts .... the question should be hung around his neck like a millstone.

If the Usurper loses, the post-election period will be an especially hazardous time for our country. Congress had better start thinking proactvely how to quickly check his reckless excesses. Maybe something along the lines of an accelerated impeachment process to put the spotlight on his shenanigans.

we have witnessed the fall of America

There is no way in a previous life, a president of the United States could possibly make these claims and a media and its citizens not laugh at him and demand that he resign for the good of the country.

What is more believable? A people from 20 countries riot and kill over an obscure irrelevant YouTube video or the President of the United States posted a forged certificate of birth?

Am living in a different universe. None of this could possibly occur 20 years ago. Now the people of the land and its representatives in Congress shrug their shoulders, shake their heads, scream a bit and go quietly in the night.

If our school were still teaching American history, people would know that Chamberlain’s appeasement led to World War II.

The Post American World written by Indian American journalist Fareed Zakaria.

Fareed graduated from Harvard University with a Ph.D. in political science in 1993 after earning a B.A. from Yale University. He worked as the managing editor of Foreign Affairs magazine before accepting the editor position at Newsweek. Labeled a liberal hawk. . . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Post-American_World

Zakaria argues that the success of the US in promoting free market capitalism and globalization has led to power being dispersed to several other countries.

Uhmmmmmm . . . In the 1960's, the Pentagon figured out that wherever there was market capitalism and "free" market there was stabilization and folks outside the borders were not being threatened. I will take that strategy anytime Fareed.

Man that picture say’s so much, the title, his finger holding his place. The mans history of sympathy for marxist thought and hatred of colonialism and capitalism. His being raised by a commited anti-colonialist (”his father”), a commited marxist (”his mentor, Frank Marshall Davis”), his minister (”anti-white racist, Reverend Write”), his colledge buddies, the marxist, radical femenist, the anti-american latinos. We got what we diserved by electing the scum bag.

I agree. We had netter be ready to march on Washington and in great strength.

If the Democrats go down they will be trying to take our country down with them.

Of Course Hawaii will be ok, they have perjured themselves with Obama’s Birth Certificate , and he is going to move there. He will look out for them.

I agree Gotterdamerung is such a great analogy. Hitler said in the final days “ The people have abandoned me, so leave them to their fate”. Or something to that effect. Obama reminds me of Hitler(I know that is taboo here)but he does. Imagine a man with the finger on the button losing his mind after taking the biggest beating of his life(politicly). Imagine millions of African Americans rioting in the streets attacking whites for forsaking their messiah. What this man can do is unlimited. God Pray for America now and after the election. PS Russian troops on our soil to quell the Americans fighting back at the Administration. Ok to much imagination there.
