No idea. But it isn’t too hard to guess from the context alone.
And, from the context of this, it would apparently suit them.

Muslims are allowed to temporarily declare a truce in Jihad to re-arm, repopulate, consolidate and rebuild. They are not allowed to stop expansion of Islam until it takes over the world. Mohammed specifically limited Hudna (truce) to a MAXIMUM of ten years.
A temporary peace. It is usually done so Muslims can restock their weapons and strategize how to weaken their enemies.
