...Bacile claims to have made "Innocence of Muslims" on a budget of $5 million with the help of 100 Jewish donors, but one look at the film clips on YouTube will call that claim into question. The movie appears to have been shot using a consumer-grade DV camcorder with amateur actors, fake backgrounds and cheap sets. The lighting and sound are of equally low quality. In Hollywood dollars, $5 million may be considered low-budget, but if the filmmaker really spent that much money on this shoddy work, it's his donors who should be doing the protesting.
Meanwhile, efforts to uncover the film's anonymous funders have so far turned up nothing. Jeffrey Goldberg, national correspondent for the Atlantic, tweeted on Wednesday: "I would love to know more about Mr. Sam Bacile, whom no Jew I know has ever heard, and his 100 mysterious backers."
That's assuming there even is a film. In early July, two 13-minute clips were posted on a YouTube account by someone with the username Sam Bacile, but no one has come forward claiming to have seen the finished product. Moreover, IMDb lists nothing for the project or Bacile himself, to say nothing of the supposed 59 actors and 45 crew members who worked on it....

I don’t think there is a real movie—in the end this will have been made only to cause the outrage in the Islamic world. It was done as A) a scam, B) part of Obamas re-election, C) to get the USA to help Israel, D) as part of some bigger plot. Maybe I need to switch to de-caf.

I watched the 14 minute clip (there is a 20 minute one also).
It is blatantly obvious that someone took the original video, and did some audio dubbing, especially when the main character is asked “what is your name” and he responds “Mohammed”.
IMHO, the original video must not have made mention of Muhammed’s name. SO... someone dubbed it in before uploading it to YOUTUBE.
HOWEVER, it is not what sparked the rioting and murders.
Anyway it’s a good hoax showing the islamic lunacy , the fake “arab spring” and the failed ObamaSS’ policy
Hoax or whatever, it is his right to make it and distribute it.The rage should be against the muzzies who are going ape**** over the truth. They are what they are, the sooner the world realizes this, the better

We need one of these “films” every year or so, to put the Troglydytes in the mid east on to the streets and get them rioting.

Representatvie Franks tries to extract an assurance from Perez that the Obama administration will not push a proposal to criminalize speech “against any religion.” He has a tough time doing so.

I really think this could be the Dan rather breakdown of this election. Enterprising conservatives could take this thing down.
The film is probably a false flag.

The critical missing link is the probability that the Arab Islamic televangelist did the key Arabic dubbing.
The dubbing is quite poor and after the fact editing. Hopefully it could be uncovered that Egyptian radicals created this and the administration played along.

Yeah why no outcry over Team America? The film just happened to be a good excuse to execute the attacks. Maybe they all worked in collusion so that their attacks would seem justified to the Muslim world and incite the people of Islamic faith to riot.

No, no. You're on the right track. Isn't it surprising how very few Americans have trouble believing that Obama set this whole thing up to save his presidency. Personally, I want to know what Hilliary was doing during the convention in some far off obscure nation. Was she busy dubbing sound tracks to this trailer?
