Univ of California Prof Urges Middle School Students To Kill Their Sperm To Save Mother Earth…

Via College Fix:

A renowned University of California-Riverside professor recently advised students to save Mother Earth, eat vegetarian, only have 1.5 kids - two at the most – take up social justice causes, and “lower your standard of living.”

Biology Professor Richard Cardullo – recently tapped by several federal agencies to assist with redeveloping how college students across the nation study life science – offered the advice to a room full of middle school students as part of the university’s online science lecture series, recorded on the campus earlier this year. A video of his talk is posted on YouTube.

He began his 50-minute lecture, “Is Earth Overpopulated,” by painting a picture that the planet doesn’t have the room or resources for more and more humans, yet that’s the direction in which it’s headed. [...]

Cardullo ultimately advocates family planning for the task.

“That means your generation and the next generation, if they are committed to doing this, would mean having family sizes that on the average are 1-and-a-half children, or two,” he said. “Some would have one, some would have two. It would be 50/50.”

Cardullo’s lecture then morphed into somewhat of a sexual education seminar, explaining to the students on a cellular level how sperm fertilizes an egg, and how scientists study new ways to stop that from happening.

“Sperm is a vector … which leads to increased populations, so many scientists want to know, ‘Are there new ways we can control population or fertility rates?’ … so individuals can make the decisions to keep those rates low,” he said. “We are talking about controlling human fertility.”

I think in Oregon or something they will let a minor “cut the cord” on themselves without parental permission.

Obama voters are already taking his advice on that last point.

Shouldn’t you lead by example?

Again, I say it is sorrowful that these radicals’ parents didn’t agree with their child’s way of thinking.

Pelosi, Reid, BO, etc etc all push abortion, you can bet that they didn’t get that attitude from their mother(s).

Unless of course the mothers could be looking at their ‘finished product’ and say

“The world would love me if I had the same idea many years ago”.

As perverse and ugly as this is, it's been going on in various forms for years. The push toward acceptance of homosexuality is part of the same thought process, population reduction. In the more radical piercing and tattooing circles, the “body modification” types deliberately making freaks of themselves, it's not at all uncommon to hear of younger, impressionable men, even teens, being encouraged to castrate themselves, being told how cool it is. It's really sick.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. ~Genesis 1:28

If space travel and exploration work out,I am an optimist on that subject, then having a worst-case-scenario demographic pattern will come back to bite us on the arse.

Also how the hell are we going to be covering these expensive state pensions,if the educated have no children.

“Meanwhile the pr!ck is probably making $100K as a college professor. “

You were a little off on the low side. Here’s the “prick’s” pay. My guess is that the other one is his wife. Must be the Sh!ts having to live on more than a quarter million a year! Maybe he will get run over by a drunk illegal.

Shakespeare said to kill all the lawyers. In light of environmental concerns, I wonder how he’d feel about liberal professors.

We already did the Population Zero thing in the 60s.

One good belch from Mother Earth and the entire planet could become void of life.

But, I trust Mother Earth more than I would trust these WACKO greenie types. They are downright scary with some of the things they propose. Look at what they did for ‘paper or plastic ... or reusables and bacteria.
