The ACLU is not just a group of miserable human beings, they are marxist-commie-homosexuals who have a very specific goal in mind and it has nothing to do with civil liberties. I have asked this question time and time again and have yet to receive a proper answer: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE RULE OF THE MAJORITY? We are now being ruled by a very small minority of bleating miscreants. Who makes these decisions? The only solution to this problem in schools is to do away with public schools altogether. Let the homosexuals and marxists start their own schools and they can do whatever they please then.

Oh please, this is not on the job gender discrimination which is what the law is for. This is about kids having fun with their parents! But that’s the rub, it fosters close knit familiea and we can’t have that in the ACLU’s brave new Marxist world.
I seriously doubt the court would find such activities a violation of anything other than common sense.

I am surprised that this ruling by the superintendent wasn’t easy as pie to work around. According to the vocabulary of the LGBT( the judicial Solomon and de facto Webster’s of the gender world) the words “father” & “daughter” HAVE NO GENDER so the mere labeling of the event as such is moot.
So far, the ACLU hasn’t succeeded to make our right of free association illegal. It’s well past time to form a privately funded entity with a name containing the world “free” to stage all the events the ACLU has tried to ban. The Free American’s Father/Daughter Dance would be a nice starter. The entity could also buy hilltops and put crosses on them... stuff like that. Maybe a regular gathering outside public meetings where a short prayer could be recited...
