Some people, and sadly, in particular, white women, still believe that this does not happen or cannot happen to them.
A flashmob does not pause long enough to determine if your racist or not, they beat you simply because of your skin color.
I bet, or at least hope, that she understands now. Individually, they may seem “cool” and you “have one as a friend” but all premise of decency goes out the window when they are in a mob. The groupthink or groupact takes over and woe to you if you are part of the “oppressor” class.
Carry a gun, and walk with people who carry guns.

That may apply to white women who live nowhere near the welfare reservations, but in my area white women in particular are careful - they are easier to rob. We’re directly across a moat (the Passaic River) from the NEwark NJ welfare reservation, and directly east of us, across another moat (the Hackensack River), lies Jersey City.
