OK, I went to school up nort that had a bubbler by a stop and go light but I ain't never heard that one you betcha. Is that a Furman colloquialism?
It MAY have been one of my fathers own....he tended to use it when my older brother was screwing off or something of that nature.......best guess is, it means,,,”Im gonna tell you how this is going to go, and trust me, THIS is how it is going to go!!!!!”
