So if we have some collateral damage while keeping the War on Drugs going, SO WHAT. We cannot have a War on Drugs without the Freeflow Of Drugs, why do you think we are in Afghanistan?? just do a Google search for Heroin and you will find that Heroin use and overdoses is Way Way Up, and becoming widespread. And remember Afghanistan produces over 90% of the World’s Opium.
