This interview with Zawahiri’s brother is worth taking a look at. He’s proposing a 10 year hudna with the west, same one OBL proposed in 2004. Saying they will stop attacks if we will not interfere with their implementation of shariah in Islamic countries. But, there are conditions, such as releasing prisoners. I find it interesting that O released 55 prisoners this week.
