A veterans memorial in the form of a peace cross in Bladensburg, Md., has come under criticism by the American Humanist Association, which has said the memorial is a religious symbol on public land and that the government should not be in the business of promoting religion.
Try growing up.............
Every stone in any National Cemetery for veterans may have a religious symbol on them and 99.9% do.
Having a cross at a Veterans Memorial IS NOT A PROMOTION OF RELIGION..
Tell this “Humanist” someone buried in the cemetery would have to personally file any legal motion to have the cross removed.
