Should Sen. Democratic leader Harry Reid follow in the footsteps of GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney by releasing his 2011 tax return?
Dave Buell, chairman of the Washoe Country Republican party in Mr. Reid's political backyard of Nevada, certainly thinks so.
"Senator, make our day and release your 2011 tax return," he said in an email blast Friday evening.
Citing an anonymous source, Mr. Reid has repeatedly claimed in recent weeks that Mr. Romney "didn't pay taxes for 10 years."
Mr. Romney countered that over the past ten years he never paid less than 13 percent of his taxable income and that "Harry Reid's charge is totally false."

I switched to CNN for a couple of minutes tonight and the idiots were debating whether it was fair of Romney to donate so much money to charity rather than pay it to the government for “the greater good”.
government welfare is more inefficient than any private charity, something on the order of 75% going to bureaucracy and overhead
I hope you are kidding...

All Pigs are equal, just some are more equal.

“I think studies would show that money donated to most charities turns over more than dollars sent to government with a lower overhead expenses to boot.”
And even if was the other way around, it’s HIS money to do with whatever the **** he wants - including building elevators for his cars.

Thanks for the proof that CNN really is the COMMUNIST NEWS NETWORK.
In response to those crying for Romney’s tax return, I think we should all begin labeling these people “taxers”, just as BHO birth certificate seekers are labeled birthers. It sort of play on words since these same people are usually obsessed with taxing people.
CNN quotes Harry Reid saying Romney took advantage of complex tax loopholes and expensive accountants not available to the masses.
Hey Harry, just who is it that puts those loopholes in the tax laws anyway ? That’s right YOU and the rest of Congress.
So stfu.
Aah the greater good. The reality is that for every $1 that goes to the "gubmint" to help the needy, it's like 10 cents of "help" actually gets to the target. Whereas you send $1 to a very reputable charity that uses a lot of volunteer work and materials and $3 goes to the target.
Would like to see ried pelosi dodd and frank on the IRS most wanted in a Romney adminstration
