“Actually the trend isn’t so much towards Liberal as people voting identity (and by way of that Party) rather than beliefs and ideology.

Blacks and Hispanics are examples of this. They are much more Conservative then their voting patterns reflect.”

Socially they are conservative - but not in terms of economics. That is what needs more advocacy ala Jack Kemp. Reagan always sought to expand the base. Since Bush I and Rove et al, the Geriatric Old Plotters just assume they cannot expand the base and have made scant effort to do so. They don’t believe in conservative ideals - they simply do not believe what they espouse - thus they make no effort to enlighten and expand the ideas of individual liberty and prosperity.

You can see it on this thread. The party catamites just scream for silence. That is all they offer. Stalin’s freedom to agree. They fear ideas, not being very adept at thought themselves.

More delusion from the Reps. Blacks have an out of wedlock birthrate of 71% and Hispanics 50%. The school dropout rates among Hispanics and blacks is about 50%. This is the social pathology for failure in this society and also for greater dependence on government. How do those statistics make them more conservative socially?

We are creating a permanent underclass in this country. By 2019 half of the children 18 and under will be minorities as classified by the USG and by 2042 half of the country will be minorities. Demography is destiny. The current demography of CA is about what the US will look like in 2050.
