That’s not what this list says. These people are people who were “approved” for release by a task force back in 2010, but have not been released (and likely will not be released for the foreseeable future) because the administration can’t find a country to take them.
What List? Whose List?
Surely not the State Department List? Which “task force”? Homeland Security? Military?
Some how I am not buying that this is OK.
