What Obama's High Priest of Targeted Killings Doesn't Want You To Know

Complete Title:
The Seven Deadly Sins of John Brennan What Obama's high priest of targeted killings doesn't want you to know.

Last week, I introduced readers to John Brennan, the U.S. president's closest advisor for intelligence and counter-terrorism issues. Although Americans know little about Brennan, he plays an essential role in shaping and implementing the expansive, unprecedented targeted killing of suspected terrorists and militants. He is, the New York Times reported, citing administration officials, the "priest whose blessing has become indispensable" to Obama. After Brennan lost out on the nomination for CIA director, he became the White House's homeland security advisor and deputy national security advisor for counter-terrorism. As Michael Hayden -- the holdover CIA director until Leon Panetta was confirmed -- once observed, "John Brennan's the actual national intelligence director."

There's lots of bad, very bad, terrible news coming out of the White House. Not merely bad economic news where a President's basic integrity and morality aren't brought into question or have reflected upon. There is an overwhelming plethora of information, news, about the President in general, his immoral, duplicitous, treasonous character, that would have had a lesser sociopath run out of town a long time ago and yet the race mathematically speaking is barely tied one way or another. Yes, it is quite difficult to defeat a sitting president but he is not paying much of any price for the horrendous job he's doing, getting so much more than he deserves, it's quite baffling. frustrating to the point of anger. Hope the American people start connecting the dots. Time is running out.

As long as “Dancing With The Schmucks”, “American Idiot” etc etc etc are on TV, and their redistributive gov’t assistance checks arrive on time, Americans don’t give a crap.

This is the best example of liberal hypocrisy. Targeted assassinations? Where’s the righteous indignation?

You are discounting Romney's statement.

Government employees, people drawing a living from the national treasury (earned or not), women and people of color are well-disposed to vote for the one promising them them most.

Hard to beat the party of "Free Ice Cream and Contraceptives."

Far from being a foreign policy wonk, I wonder just how do we fix or at least get on the right track our foreign policy after we rid ourselves of this politically driven "foreign policy" team of misfits and ignominious clowns...

Mitt Romney besides having a economy domestic nightmare to try and fix he also has the "fix" our image and geopolitical position in the world...

Personally, I think the way to fix it is a three fold approach:
Cut off ALL funding to any country that harbors Islamic fundamentalist...Don't like America, try feeding your people or filling your Swiss bank accounts with nada..
Close ALL diplomatic consulates or embassies in same country...The USA is the most influential country on the planet...try using our leverage though back channels and see how much you pay for it...
Drill, Drill, Drill... that tells the oil producing countries we will cut you off at the knees...try selling camel dung and sand fleas in ten years...

Unfortunately the author, in his "introduction" to John Brennan, failed to mention that it was BRENNAN's company (TAC) that scrubbed Zer0's passport records in 2008.

Targeted assassination only works to eliminate two things: (technological) brains and charisma. Beyond that, other means work better.

From the very start, the former administration and military used a very effective technique, which could be called the “roach motel”. The problem was radicals dispersed around the world, impossible to fight, as such. We needed them to concentrate to fight our soldiers, instead of allowing them to conduct a terrorist war against our civilians at home.

The logic behind this is that very few terrorist wannabees have the chutzpah to leave their home country and travel to a foreign country to commit terrorist acts. Once these few were exterminated, replacements might take a generation or two to show up.

In any event, “roach motel” likely killed tens of thousands of the most dangerous of the terrorists, saving countless innocent lives.

The next step was to go against the financiers of terrorism. But they did miss a step here by not going after the charismatic leaders who instigated terrorism in the first place. These would have been covert killings, made to look either accidental or in some factional dispute.

Which leads into the next idea: getting red-on-red (terrorist against terrorist) conflicts going. If one faction wipes out another faction, it just saves us work.

"We're not going to rest until al Qaeda the organization is destroyed and is eliminated from areas in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Africa, and other areas. We're determined to do that."

Yeah, and even if that were possible (and it is NOT) then what?

What about Hamas, or Hezbollah, or Fatah, etc.

The O'Bummer Regime has tried (successfully, I might add) to focus the narrative of Worldwide Islamic Terrorism and Jihad, strictly on Al Qaeda when in fact there are DOZENS of Islamic Supremacist Organizations and by avoiding all of them, there is less chance that the Sheeple will realize just how dangerous a world we live in and how the Appeaser in Chief is ignoring the real threat to our Republic.

Guess Brennan does do not have access to Foggy Bottom list of named Terrorist Organizations/Groups.

"Foreign Terrorist Organization" is a designation of non-United States-based organizations declared terrorist by the United States Secretary of State in accordance with section 219 of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)."

Which leads into the next idea: getting red-on-red (terrorist against terrorist) conflicts going. If one faction wipes out another faction, it just saves us work.

This is a risky method. Recall the words of Frodo to Sam outside Cirith Ungol:

"But that is the spirit of Mordor, Sam; and it has spread to every corner of it. Orcs have always behaved like that, or so all tales say, when they are on their own. But you can't get much hope out of them fighting each other. They hate us far more, altogether and all the time. If those two had seen us, they would have dropped all their quarrel until we were dead."

Cheers!
