Or implant an Oz of C4 like a pacemaker with a gimmicked fuse so that any try to remove/defuse it causes detonation...

Or infect them with AIDS, EBOLA, Plague, Hemorrhagic fever...

Or spike their tea with Polonium...

Take your pick, turn them loose...

Handcuff them all to seats on the same flight back to the ME, pilot bails out over USN recovery ship, plane goes down in mid Atlantic, no survivors.
