The murder rate is incomprehensible- the town of 70,000 has the same number of homicides that my city of 3 million has.

At first glance, Toronto is a different kettle of fish (at least I am assuming TO). Moreover, it seems even worse when one realizes that within TO most of the murders fall into a couple of categories—and if you stay out of the drug/prostitution culture and stay on good terms with your family members, your chances of being murder drop to near zero. I suspect that the same is true in Camden—it is just that the drug/prostitution culture and family difficulties are much higher on a per capita basis.
Ironically, all those murder victims result in an increase in Democrat voters.
Go figure.
