If only the little people would stop clinging to their freedom, the elites could improve their lives so much . . .
During the push for ObamaCare, MSNBC gave Dr. Nancy Snyderman her own show to promote the cause. The show ended shortly after the passage of the law, but Dr. Nancy's still around, supporting other politicians in their quest for more control over people's lives.
On Morning Joe today, Snyderman celebrated New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, claiming he showed real leadership by imposing a ban on big sodas. Snyderman sniffed off opponents of the law as simply having "bitched about the nanny state."

Hitler and Stalin had strong leadership skills too.
I’m not sure ‘leadership’ is the sole criteria we should use to evaluate elected officials.
He showed tyranny, that all, tyranny. How much people want to consume is none of the government’s business.
Liberalism: Ideas so good they have to be compulsory.
Why did they think they needed to invent a whole new word “sugery drink” for something that’s been around for 100 years and already has a perfectly good name - pop, soda, soda pop.
They aren’t fooling anywone with this NewSpeak Bull Carp.
Check again. You pay tax on soft drinks anywhere in Ohio. You pay tax on food eaten in a restaurant. But you don't pay tax on the food you carry out. If the restaurant is charging you, then they are ripping you off.
Even the soft drink tax is odd. You pay tax on sweetened iced tea, but not on unsweetened. Stores and restaurants often get that wrong and just charge tax on all of it.
Leadership is not necessarily a positive. In this case, it’s a sign of evil (not that junk soda is a fundamental right, but control over your own life is a fundamental right). Bloomberg is a rather pathetic petty tyrant - that’s enough power over the little people to make him feel ‘special’?
So this proves that Bloomberg is a petty tyrant.
