In week 4 if the Packers gain more than 425 yards and score more than 18 points, but less than 32 points on the day of a New Moon and there are fewer than two sober people at Lambeau Field, the party that was in power the last time the Raiders won three games by more than 12 points and on average there were fewer than three people murdered at the Raiders stadium during regulation of the eight home games wins the White House.

Other than the first two, when the team in first place was declared the champion, the Green Bay packers NEVER won a championship when a Republican was in the white house or was about to be elected.
