I always wondered why Zogby asked if I considered myself a NASCAR fan near the end of their surveys.

I now know they wanted to see if they could create a subgroup of Republicans and Democrats for their survey, once Michelle was booed by NASCAR fans.

I did my own poll and found that 50% of NASCAR fans are gay and 50% are also black, probably the same people voting yes in each category.
And I believe Ziggy poll is has as much creditability as Bill Clinton’s statement: “I DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH THAT WOE-MENS”.

Are the NASCAR fans having some fun at Obama’s expense? I don’t get too many Zogby polls anymore; I guess they don’t like my demographic.
I always assumed the questions about religious preferences, how often I shopped at Walmart and whether or not I was a NASCAR fan as their way of establishing or confirming a conservative stereotype.
