FILE - This Feb. 13, 2010, file booking photo provided by the Huntsville, Ala., Police Department shows college professor Amy Bishop, charged with capital murder in the Feb. 12, 2010 shooting deaths of three faculty members at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Bishop pleaded guilty to capital murder charges in an agreement that will send to her prison for the rest of her life and make her ineligible for the death penalty. A judge scheduled jury selection for Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, as a trial is still required under Alabama law because Bishop admitted to a capital charge of murder.

She’ll be out on parole in less than 10 years and get a cushy job at some other left-wing nuthouse. By that time, it will be accepted knowledge that she never did it, was never there, and besides the CIA made her do it.

Gray also said police believe Bishop opened fire during the faculty meeting because she was angry over being denied tenure, which effectively ended her career at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Unintentionally funny sentence of the night award. I'd say it ended her career!

"It didn't happened. I wasn't there. It wasn't me"...sounds like an Obama presser when somebody asks about the ecomony or what happened to our ambassador in Libya........

This woman needs to be executed. She kiils 3 people and gets only a life sentence, to be cuddled the rest of her life by taxpayers. Justice did not prevail here.

FWIW, I think she was influenced by that cliche TV show character of the great scientist who suddenly "snaps," has a psychotic episode, trashes his lab, kills a collegue... and then acts like an amazed bystander, claims to be as shocked as everyone else, and pretends to remember nothing.

I remember this kind of character appearing a couple of times on prime-time television shows back in the seventies.

I think she is pure evil, and I think she believed she could pull this act off. Quite possibly she believed she could pull it off again; I think she might have used it to get away with the murder of her brother back when she was in her early 20s.

Her politically-connected mother got her off that time. She's got the Alabama vicitim's blood on her hands too.

I'll venture a totally WAG that her mother is a big-time liberal. Could be totally wrong, I'll be the first to admit.

"The woman accused of killing three colleagues at the University of Alabama in Huntsville [Amy Bishop] was a suspect in a 1993 attempted mail bombing, according to a report by The Boston Globe.

The report broke the day after it was learned that Bishop fatally shot her brother in Braintree in 1986. ..."

It was almost for sure that it was she and her hubby who sent a bomb to her professor at Harvard when he would not recommend her for another year in the post-grad program back in the '90s. This was after she blew her brother away with a shotgun.

And her research was a joke...she kept writing the same paper over and over again. This woman was a fraud aside from being a homicidal maniac.

The Harvard-educated biologist avoided a death sentence by pleading guilty earlier this month to the shootings at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

With the revelations about Warren, Obama, and others, the Harvard Alumni news must make for some exciting reading.

Veritas, not so much.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Why did this case take so long to adjudicate? This shooting seemed a very long time ago.
