It’s not the league’s fault that the real ref’s refuse a pay raise and inferior replacement refs - who are hired BECAUSE of the real refs - make mistakes. If the refs had accepted the offer from the ONLY entity willing to pay them that amount of money for their services then we wouldn’t have threads like this one.
If you support the refs in this lockout then you need to check yourself. Honest compensation from owners to labor, at the market rate(!), is more important than the outcome of a football game.
If the employees of ANY other entity went on strike, and I had to pay a price in order to support management, I would; gladly. If football gets screwed up in order to put the refs in their place, so be it. The culture of thinking you run the show when you have no equity, or sweat equity, in the game needs to end.
Goodell needs to go air traffic controllers on them and say see ya later; enjoy ref-ing high school games.
Unions, in any and all forms, are evil. Unionism is just another facet of communism. The DemonRAT party is financed by the extorting thugs of Big Labor. When (and if) sanity returns to our country, Patriotic Conservatives need to apply the full force of RICO Laws to abolish all traces of unionism.
