That entirely depends upon who gets the blame.
Rather than defend the God-given Rights of Americans to freely express their thoughts, the Captain of our Ship of State is excusing those who brutally murdered Americans. So long as this sort of backwards bending appeasement of those who perform violent acts upon our citizens continues, we can expect more violence in the future.
If we responded instead with a couple of cluster bomb units on those who attacked our people, they might get the message instead that some things are Just. Not. To. Be. Done. to Americans.
