Perhaps the worst thing Obama has done in foreign policy (and that's saying a lot) was toppling Mubarak.

He ignored the Iran revolution, and instead chose to topple one of our biggest allies.

Took his lesson from Carter in toppling the Shah which has led to decades of problems.

Carter had two great achievements in foreign policy—getting the shah replaced by Khomeini, and getting Abel Muzorewa replaced by Robert Mugabe.
