Did anybody ask Brig Gen Jeffery? Did Brig Gen Jeffery tell anybody? Or, did he just spring it on the poor, unsuspecting victim/bystander?
The problem is, that the low-life bastards who push these changes (whether in the greater society, the military or in religious denominations) are never the victims of their actions, and the Brig Gen Jefferys?
It is the innocent bystander who gets it in the end. (That is not intended to be a pun.)
