I have known since the mid-1970’s that United Way was a giant, leftist scam on the American people.
Some highly polished, slick fascist showed up at the company where I worked and spent the day speaking one at at time to small groups of six or seven employees. I heard that he humiliated anyone who questioned his $100,000 car or his many gold rings or very expensive suit.
My supervisor said he wanted 100% donors from his department, but I did not comply. I was surprised because he was against “collective bargaining,” and I thought he was a conservative. There were threats in the air for those who did not contribute, but nothing ever came of them for me. I still got my raises and good performance evaluations. I realized he was a good guy after all.
United Way? It’s a scam.
Well, that is a crying shame. It seems that our country had more humanity and decorum back when people were discriminating in their behavior and their choice
of whom they called their friends and associates.
Now the leftists (who should be carefully screened if spoken to at all) insist that we must open our arms and our wallets to any old marxist rat bag pervert who
walks in with his hand out and an eye on any children in the vicinity.
This is another great reason to refuse to donate to the United Socialist-Pervert Way.
