I understand the difference of how each plan came about and how they were implemented. But you made the claim that Romneycare was constitutional. I just don't see how that is true.

As you know I live in CA. I wouldn't want the leftist-lature and leftist gov here to try to force me to buy anything like Romney and the leftists in Mass did simply because the majority of residents of this state are liberals and wanted it

Until the day comes when we say NO to our elected leaders turning on us and forcing us to buy into unwanted liberal ideals through unconstitutional legislation they will continue to do so.

It was constitutional under the MA constitution with a majority of votes.
Obamacare was not constitutional at a federal level particularly with a minority of votes and back room shenanigans bending the elbows of congress.

Look, Texas has the right to enable laws that MA, and does not have to accept and visa versa.

The 10th amendment means something.

Beyond that, States rights should hold more sway that the Federal Gov.

You and I had many words over Perry, but all of your complaints (for the most part) had to do with the you ascribing the Federal Govs actions onto Perry.
The Federal Gov should NEVER Tell the states what to do.
