Romney was never my favorite either but I CAN SLEEP at night with him in the WH rather than this evil Marxist muslim owned by the Saudis.
I'm voting for him and I defended him on the 47% comment and his comments about the muslim terrorist attacks. At this point I'm less concerned with how he'll govern and more concerned with his electability. Beyond firing the base, how in the world can he make people who voted for Obama last time change their vote without strongly criticizing Obama? Why would they switch their vote unless there is
no doubt in their mind that Romney's better?
It's sort of like being engaged. You wouldn't break off your engagement for a new woman who seemed a lot like your wife but promised to be just a little nicer to you than she is. She would have to convince you that not only is she WAY better than your fiance in every way, but that your fiance isn't who you thought she was, and lied to you.
