Your full of it. I grew up for 20 years in the projects of Bethlehem PA during the 1970’s and 80s. Most of the people living here were white. Not everyone was on welfare but I can tell you that nobody went around beating people up just for the fun it. We were poor, but still had respect and manners. We did not act like animals.
The Welfare State has replaced many POOR with TRASH.
Poor are folks who work hard but do not make a lot of money, take care of their own and family and are decent members of society.
Trash have always been with us, but now we subsidize it and so many poor now are not part of the above group.
